Are you negotiable on your offer price?

The answer to this is...sometimes.  If you can provide some additional information that will help us revise our offer, we'll happily reconsider our offer price.  We do our best to pay you as much as possible, but the deal has to make sense for us too.

If you are only interested in getting a full retail value for your property, we are not your best option.  To get top value, you'll most likely need to contact a local real estate agent with extensive marketing experience.  Also keep in mind that to get top dollar, you'll likely have to wait for the right buyer to come along.  Land typically takes longer to sell...especially at retail prices.

How fast can you close?

We close as quickly as the paperwork allows us.  In the majority of cases, this is 14 to 30 days.  We always use a title company or attorney to coordinate each transaction.

I've never been to the property, will you still buy it if I'm not familiar with it?

Yes, we would still be interested in buying as this is fairly common in our experience.  We do our own research on each property we buy so it isn't critical for you to provide all the information that might be needed.

Do you buy the property as-is?

Yes, we do.  We typically ask you a short list of questions about the property and then conduct our own research.  We also understand some owners don't have knowledge about a property that might have been inherited, for example.
